CALM BABY
CONFIDENT MOM
Gentle chiropractic treatments
to give your baby a serene start.
No need to
“muddle through.”
Whether you’re a new mom or welcoming your third or fourth little one, each child brings unique experiences and challenges. With a new baby come new health concerns and moments you may not have encountered. There’s no need to navigate your baby’s colic, sleeplessness, constipation, or other health concerns alone.
I have dedicated many years to practicing chiropractic care specifically designed for infants and babies, and I’ve encountered a wide range of issues during this time. So, if your bundle of joy is experiencing any signs of discomfort or exhibiting behaviors that are concerning to you, please book an appointment and we can see what might be going on. There’s no need to spend time feeling puzzled or worried. I’m here to help.
Gentle for Baby. Specialized for Kids.
My chiropractic specialties for infants and children are incredibly gentle and safe, designed to help your little ones adjust to the big, wide world they are discovering. These techniques support babies in overcoming a variety of challenges they may face.
Unlike traditional chiropractic methods you may have experienced as an adult, my approach is tailored to the delicate and developing bodies of infants and children. I’m also trained to recognize developmental milestones and identify deviations that we can correct early through treatment.
Expertise and Experience.
With in-depth expertise in the Webster method and certifications in Pediatric Chiropractic care, I am a trusted partner and advocate for the health of moms and babies.
As a mom of children with their own developmental issues, I truly understand the challenges. Babies are hard, and kids can be even harder. I ensure my clinic is a place of compassion and support, where you can share your worries, concerns, frustrations, and uncertainties without judgment.

Children’s specialties?
When it comes to children and new moms, a few things…
- Addressing common pediatric conditions such as colic, ear infections, bedwetting, scoliosis, and growing pains. (Pediatric Chiropractic Certified)
- Attending to developmental milestones and recognizing any deviations that we can address early. (Pediatric Chiropractic Certified)
- Understanding the connection between emotional stress and physical health and how to identify and address these connections in my patients big and small.
Where did you train?
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University at Buffalo, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I then pursued a Doctorate of Chiropractic at the New York Chiropractic College. Additionally, I hold a Master’s of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition (MSACN).
I have received certification from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in the Webster Technique and have undergone extra training in pediatric chiropractic care. I am also trained in Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT), which is the chiropractic version of cranial sacral therapy, and am completing a certification in Neuro-emotional Technique (NET). Furthermore, I am a trauma-informed practitioner.
Do you treat older kids?
Yes! I see kids of all ages in my clinic. I help with developmental milestones through the years 8-10 and beyond. I’m also interested in helping young ones adapt to their world, calm their nervous systems, and align with what their emotions are teaching them.
What about kids with special needs?
I love assisting young ones with special needs. As a mom of kids who have faced developmental challenges, I’ve seen the power of chiropractic in meeting and easing many of our daily trials. Chiropractic can be an excellent tool for nervous system regulation, pain management, and more, so it fits many special needs cases perfectly.
Do you take insurance?
After much consideration and reflection on how best to serve your holistic health needs, I’ve made the decision to transition to a cash-based model in my practice. This decision allows me the freedom to offer the comprehensive services and methodologies that align with my vision of holistic care.
While this means I won’t be able to accept insurance, please know that I am fully committed to supporting you through this adjustment. I’m here to help navigate the process and provide insight and education on alternative options, such as Superbills, for submitting to insurance companies.
Your health and well-being are my top priorities, and I believe this change will enable me to provide the highest level of care possible. I’ll continue to accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card, and payment will be required at the time of service.
Medicare patients – I am a non-participating medicare provider.
