COMFORTABLE PREGNANCY
ALIGNED BABY.
Safe, gentle chiropractic for a better pregnancy and delivery.
Don’t Suffer Through Pain.
Experiencing pain, especially sciatic discomfort during pregnancy, is very common. However, this type of pain doesn’t have to be part of your experience. Chiropractic care offers many safe and gentle ways to alleviate this, and other common issues related to pregnancy. Let me help you create the most comfortable and pain-free pregnancy possible. gfj;figfpsoiuhfpsigh
In addition to finding pain relief, a specially trained chiropractor like me can provide integrated fascial work in the hips and sacrum to give your body support as it widens and shifts in preparation for birth. There are many significant changes that the body will undergo during pregnancy, and my specialized training in these areas can help the entire process be more comfortable and healthier overall.
Safe and Specialized
My training provides the assurance that the treatments you will receive are safe for pregnancy. Unlike chiropractic care that specializes in things like sports injuries, pre-natal chiropractic care always takes pregnancy into consideration. My techniques do not include twisting motions or abrupt adjustments.
As a Webster-Certified chiropractor, I have extensive training in the methods that will help align your body for the birth process. At my clinic, we use a pregnancy pillow that not only supports your belly but also insures your comfort and safety during the session. This extra support allows me to carefully access the bones and nerves in your hips and back.
Accessible and Affordable
My appointments are simple and tailored to your own pace. I don’t sell oversized expensive packages. Instead, you decide when to see me when you need ease and expertise.
My clinic is a judgement-free space where you can ask any questions, share your concerns, and then receive feedback and guidance from an expert health partner who understands and empathizes with your emotional and physical experiences.
Frequently asked.
Specialties?
Mainly three things:
- Gently and safely aligning your body so it’s in the optimal position to have a natural, healthy birth. (The Webster Technique)
- Alleviating pain and facilitating the body’s natural changes through pregnancy by manipulating the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. (Fascial Release Training)
- Understanding your prescription and nutrition history to address challenges related to nutrient depletion. (Masters of Clinical Nutrition)
Where did you train?
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University at Buffalo, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I then pursued a Doctorate of Chiropractic at the New York Chiropractic College. Additionally, I hold a Master’s of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition (MSACN).
I have received certification from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in the Webster Technique and have undergone extra training in pediatric chiropractic care. I am also trained in Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT), which is the chiropractic version of cranial sacral therapy, and am completing a certification in Neuro-emotional Technique (NET). Furthermore, I am a trauma-informed practitioner.
Do you treat babies?
Yes! You can learn more about that work here.
Do you take insurance?
After much consideration and reflection on how best to serve your holistic health needs, I’ve made the decision to transition to a cash-based model in my practice. This decision allows me the freedom to offer the comprehensive services and methodologies that align with my vision of holistic care.
While this means I won’t be able to accept insurance, please know that I am fully committed to supporting you through this adjustment. I’m here to help navigate the process and provide insight and education on alternative options, such as Superbills, for submitting to insurance companies.
Your health and well-being are my top priorities, and I believe this change will enable me to provide the highest level of care possible. I’ll continue to accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card, and payment will be required at the time of service.
Medicare patients – I am a non-participating medicare provider.

There’s so much to learn with your first pregnancy, but much of the information out there paints a painful, worrisome picture of pregnancy. That’s why I specialize in working with pregnant women: pregnancy can be much easier and more comfortable than what you’ve been led to believe. I hope you’ll reach out and give prenatal chiropractic a try.
